I have a really great tan after only one week so they must keep up with the maintenance and changing bulbs in the beds. At first I thought it was weird that they give you a c-fold towel instead of cloth- but it is more hygienic and cuts down on their expenses. Thank you for coming to Zoom Tan and for the positive feedback! We agree that Angela is an outstanding team member and is very knowledgeable! Great prices! I like that they are standup machines-as you can never be sure if the lay down acrylics have been cleaned properly. Either way, I’ll definitely rejoin Zoom Tan the next time I need a base tan before vacation. I’d love to see individual sound systems installed. It was hard to hear unless it was cranked, which then competed with my headphones. Sometimes I could hear the radio that plays throughout the salon. There’s nothing to listen to inside the tanning booth unless you bring headphones. The only thing I’d change about Zoom is the music situation. I joined to tan up for my beach wedding and got exactly what I wanted without any thrills or overpriced lotion. South Beach Tan prices are outrageous in comparison. There is space in the hallway for additional rooms to be added once business picks up. I never had to wait longer than 30 seconds.
Great customer service that informed me of the current sales and specials, not fake or pushy like typical tanning salon reps.
